At LiveEdge Labs, I am building this leadership program by listening closely. This past month, I have spoken with leaders from a wide range of industries to understand what’s truly happening in their day-to-day experience of being a leader.
What I am hearing is both honest and hopeful.
Many leaders are committed, values-driven, and deeply invested in the people they serve. But they’re also feeling a tension between how they want to lead and what their organizations seem to reward.
This research has shaped everything I'm considering building. My focus is on helping leaders return to what matters most. To lead in a way that feels true to who they are, while also creating cultures where others can thrive.
