LEADERSHIP COACHING

Some leadership situations are difficult to navigate alone.

An employee may be struggling. A team may be stuck. A difficult conversation may not be going well. Politics, competing priorities, and conflicting perspectives may be making the path forward unclear.

I help leaders think through challenging situations so they can move from uncertainty to clarity and confident action while strengthening their judgment and effectiveness.

Bring the situation. We’ll work through it together.

SITUATIONS I HELP LEADERS NAVIGATE

Bring a real situation.

Every situation is different. The goal is to understand the situation clearly enough to determine the next best action.

Common situations include:

  • Employee performance issues
  • Difficult conversations
  • Team conflict
  • Trust and accountability challenges
  • Organizational politics
  • Difficult manager or stakeholder relationships
  • Important decisions with significant consequences
  • Values and alignment challenges
  • Situations where something feels off, but the cause is not clear

HOW I WORK

I start by understanding what is happening.

We look at the situation, the people involved, the surrounding dynamics, and your own role in what is unfolding. Once we have a clearer understanding, we explore options, consider tradeoffs, and determine the next best action.

My role is not to tell you what decision to make. My role is to help you see the situation more clearly so you can make the best decision you can with the information available.

The goal is not certainty. The goal is better judgment.

WHO COACHING IS FOR

For leaders facing something that matters.

This work is for leaders who are facing a situation that feels important, complicated, or difficult to navigate on their own.

You may be a good fit if:

  • The path forward is unclear.
  • You have tried a few approaches without success.
  • You want a thoughtful partner to help you think through a challenge or decision.
  • You want to strengthen your judgment rather than depend on someone else to provide answers.

Start with a conversation

If you are facing a leadership situation and would like another perspective, let’s talk. We’ll discuss the situation, explore what may be contributing to it, and determine whether working together would be helpful.
